Assertive Community Treatment Teams 
  ACT Teams provide intensive support and comprehensive treatment to individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, through flexible and mobile community-based services.
 
Case Management Services 
  The Community Support Team offers a case management model of service. It provides support to individuals with psychiatric disabilities following the principles and practices of Psychosocial Rehabilitation.
 
Court Support Services 
  The court Support Team provide post charge advocacy and linkage for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness who commit minor offences.
 
Crisis Services
  The Crisis Services provide 24 hour crisis intervention to individuals to help them avoid hospitalization. Short-term Residential Crisis Services now available.
 
Family Resource Centre (FRC) 
  The Family Resource Centre provides easy access to the information and support family members of persons with mental health problems may require.
   
Options for Change - Addictions Program
 

The Options for Change Team provides a wide range of treatment options for individuals who have substance use or gambling concerns. We also provide services for family members and significant others.

 
Professional Residential Support 
  The residential support component of Frontenac Community Mental Health Services is provided to people coping with psychiatric disabilities living in homes operated by Frontenac Community Mental Health Services.
 
Vocational Program 
  The Vocational Team offers a variety of vocational services and employment opportunities.  It provides vocational support to individuals diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities following the principles and practices of Psychosocial Rehabilitation.
