Family Resource Centre

The Family Resource Centre is committed to ensuring that the family members of persons with mental health problems in the district have easy access to the information and support they require to enable them to fulfill their roles in relation to their family member.

What We offer:

The Family Resource Centre (FRC) provides educational material and information about local resources and services to family members of people with a chronic mental illness, to professionals and to the general public.

The FRC office is open for walk-in and telephone requests. 

Members of the FRC Advisory Committee of Frontenac Community Mental Health Services are involved in the planning and operation of the Family Resource Centre.

Enquiries are answered by trained staff members and by volunteers from the members of the family groups.
